Now my yoga workshops are online, live & interactive on Zoom. You participate in real-time—shared through a high-quality video conferencing app called Zoom. I love teaching online Zoom Scaravelli inspired yoga workshops.
The world of yoga has moved online because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Zoom is the platform of choice teachers use to continue their work. The way I teach is very suited to this live and interactive platform. I can assess you surprisingly thoroughly from a live video link.
Yoga workshops theme’s
Each Scaravelli inspired yoga workshop has a topic or idea we want to explore. We’ll unpick the contents throughout with some theory but mostly practical work. As a result, you will learn the efficient use of how to implement these into a modern postural yoga practice.
How does Zoom work?
You will need to download the Zoom app so you can take the live online class. Once you have instaled the Zoom app on your computer, iPhone, iPad, Android phone or tablet, you need to click on a link. I will send you the link via email when you book and pay for your online class or course.
Scaravelli inspired yoga principals.
Scaravelli yoga is known as spine-centric practice. We will cover Vanda’s core yoga principals. Breath, gravity and a free moving spine. For every human, your spine is the engine of your locomotion. A healthy spine moves compliantly in four planes. We and our spines have evolved over Millenium to move well, and thus, we want our yoga practise to encourage this natural range of movement.
