The COVID-19 pandemic has brought the world of yoga online, and Zoom is the platform of choice for teachers. My teaching style suits this live and interactive method well, allowing me to observe and assess my students surprisingly thoroughly from a video link.

Scaravelli-inspired yoga principles.
Scaravelli yoga is known as spine-centric practice. We will cover Vanda’s core yoga principles: breath, gravity and a free-moving spine. For every human, your spine is the engine of your locomotion. A healthy spine moves compliantly in four planes. We and our spines have evolved over Millenium to move well; thus, we want our yoga practice to encourage this natural range of movement.

Yoga is a journey of discovery and awareness. Its rewards can be profound when the practice is safe and well-informed. Vanda Scaravelli inspired many others to explore that inner state of being.
Her insights offer an accessible path to Yoga for all who are seeking it. My goal is to share her discoveries with you.
Together, we can tap into that innate magic and reach our highest potential, whatever form it may take. Through individual exploration, we can uncover these hidden depths of ourselves.
