FRIDAY MORNINGS IN SHANKLIN
A small, regular class for practising week to week, not performing. We work with breath, gravity and the spine, noticing where tension and effort get in the way and what changes when we allow more ease. You don’t need to be flexible, and returners are very welcome.
£78 for six weeks
Fridays 6 November – 11 December
10 am
At my home studio, Shanklin · Just 6 places.
