One to one Yoga classes with Erling
One to one yoga classes are one of my favourite teaching experiences.
They represent a great way to communicate clearly between teacher and student. A session allows the student time, space and the privacy to relate any concerns, particular interests they have or would like to approach through their yoga practice. For the teacher, it’s an opportunity to look closely at how the student is working with their yoga practice.
Social Distanced Yoga
COVID-19 Social distancing notice for classes.
The world of yoga has moved online because of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We can continue our yoga practice together, through my online Scaravelli inspired yoga option, and now my yoga classes are online on Zoom.
A one to one allows time for the teacher to assess what is needed. To help refine and guide them towards more helpful ways of approaching asanas, movements and techniques. Therefore benefitting the student by checking habits that may have developed and point instead of in the right direction. Suitable for all students of any level. Whether you have your regular practice at home and want to check-in for guidance or inspiration, or if you regularly join a class but require more attention.
One to one yoga studio
I invite you to come to my home studio for these yoga sessions. I have taught here for 18 years. The fully equipped studio has beautiful energy and feels imbued with a yogic feel. So we have everything on hand to make your session worthwhile.
For the complete beginner, a one to one yoga class can be an excellent way for you to begin bringing yoga into your life and building the confidence needed to start a home practice. Or as preparation for joining a class, you can then check in periodically if you would like to confirm your practice is developing in the right way.
I have helped several people find the confidence to move freely again and overcome chronic pain. For them, the one to one yoga class was invaluable and worth the money.
Testimonials
Of course, it is excellent to listen to what other people think. Please read what some of my students are saying.
Look forward to working with you….
