I love teaching Scaravelli inspired Yoga
I really feel that Yoga is about awareness. But this is a difficult subject to talk about; however, I feel we can experience ourselves in practice. I think Yoga can help one become self-aware in movement and stillness. Erling is a 500-hour dip. 2 IYN qualified Scaravelli inspired Yoga teacher with 22 years of experience.
Social distancing yoga
COVID-19 Social distancing notice for classes.
The world of yoga has moved online because of the COVID-19 pandemic. We can continue our yoga practice together through my online Scaravelli inspired yoga option, and now my yoga classes are online on Zoom.
Scaravelli inspired yoga
Scaravelli inspired Yoga should feel very natural and intuitive. Human movement is natural, and our yoga practice should support it. Sometimes, in modern postural Yoga, the complete opposite happens. We are noticing what you feel as you move in and out of postures and in stillness.
Because we focus on how we feel, the sensations in all our movements, our neurological map is revealed to us. Therefore, how well we move in Yoga postures or asana depends on it.
Scaravelli Yoga.
In comparison to many other styles and schools of Yoga, Scaravelli Yoga takes a more pragmatic and anatomical approach. Vanda Scaravelli pioneered this way and inspired many yoga teachers to follow her. She thought that gravity played its part and encouraged students to let go and go with it. In the yoga community, Scaravelli inspired Yoga is known for encouraging intuitive movement.
My approach to yoga teaching is to encourage students to develop an awareness of their unique body maps. Afterwards, they work to establish intuitive movements, which feel like freedom.
We want to use muscles efficiently and not overwork them. There is less tension when we can do this, and when there is less tension, you find more ease in movement; therefore, your spine can move more freely. Freedom has always been the goal of Yoga.

Yoga for everyone
The power of yoga to benefit the practitioner seems to arise- at least in part from nothing more complicated than the release of physiological and psychological tension and the quieting of the mind.
William J. Broad
William J Broad concluded this in his excellent book The Science of Yoga (Washington Post Review). I completely agree with his findings; yoga should release tension, and my Scaravelli inspired yoga approach to teaching beginners yoga or advanced has the central aim to do this.
