Online one to one Yoga classes with Erling
Online one to one yoga classes is a solution to not being able to attend an in-person, physical one. Social distancing for the foreseeable future means world of yoga has moved online because of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Zoom is the platform of choice yoga teachers use to continue their work. The way I teach is very suited to this live and interactive platform. I can assess you surprisingly thoroughly from a live video link. I can help you understand yourself and your yoga practice better.
Welcome to my online one to one Yoga class
Online one to one yoga classes with Erling offers a new and accessible teaching method that you can access from your home. The yoga classes are live & interactive yoga classes where you participate in real-time—shared through a high-quality video conferencing app called Zoom.
A yoga session allows the student time, space and the privacy to relate any concerns, particular interests they have or would like to approach through their yoga practice. For the teacher, it’s an opportunity to look closely at how the student is working with their yoga practice.
An online one to one allows time for the teacher to assess what is needed. I can give the proper attention students need to learn a safe approach to hatha yoga. Booking is easy and secure in my online yoga shop.
How does Zoom work?
You will need to download the Zoom app so you can take the live online yoga class. Once you have booked and paid for your class, you’ll get a confirmation email with a Zoom link to your class. Download and install the Zoom app on your computer, iPhone, iPad, Android phone or tablet. You’ll also get an email from Zoom with details of the booking and links.

Online one to one yoga practice
My take on a yoga practice is that it should support our normal human functional range of movement. Yoga should not impede on our evolutionary ability to move well and with ease. We need to learn how to listen to our bodies through feeling our felt sensations via our nervous system. If we can do that, we have the chance to undo deeply routed habitual patterns, that no end of stretching, pushing and pushing will undo.
We want to practice and re-habituate movements that complement our everyday lives. These are the simple and often overlooked tasks like getting down and up from the floor without assistance and bending forward to pick things up and reaching above our heads. Yoga can help you notice yourself and thus create a better life to live into our old age.
Suitable for all students of any level. Whether you have your regular practice at home and want to check-in for guidance or inspiration, or if you regularly join a class but require more attention.
Online one to one yoga studio
I’ll teach you from my home studio for these yoga sessions, where I have taught yoga for 18 years. The fully equipped studio has beautiful energy and feels imbued with a yogic feel. So we have everything on hand to make your session worthwhile. I have a quality video and superfast broadband speed, and I can record our meeting for your future use.
Yoga for beginners
For the complete beginner, an online one to one yoga class can be an excellent way for you to begin bringing yoga into your life and building the confidence needed to start a home practice. Or as preparation for joining a class, you can then check in periodically if you would like to confirm your practice is developing in the right way.
I have helped several people find the confidence to move freely again and overcome chronic pain. For them, the one to one yoga class was invaluable and worth the money.
Of course, it is great to hear what other people think. Please read what some of my students are saying. Testimonials
