I’m Erling McCracken, and I’ve been teaching yoga for over two decades. My approach blends Scaravelli-inspired yoga principles with evidence-based movement science, integrating both biomechanics and neurology to support a practice that is deeply responsive to the body’s natural intelligence.
Vanda Scaravelli’s approach revolutionised how we understand yoga. Instead of forcing the body into shapes, it’s about listening and finding your own path. Your practice focuses on releasing unnecessary tension to discover your natural grace.
Rather than focusing solely on form, I explore functional movement patterns, proprioception, and the nervous system’s role in movement and awareness.
