My Yoga Prices vary depending on what you want to do and achieve. I work from my own home yoga studio, which has a really wonderful vibe. We have used this room in our house to teach since 2003. The walls are imbued with a yoga vibe. It is a very comfortable and inviting space and I do charge a little more for both the room and my experience.
But one thing is certain in my mind; your yoga practice should be in a sense, kind to yourself and make you feel better, not worse. It might be worth paying a little more for that.

Social distancing for the foreseeable future means the world of Yoga has moved online because of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Zoom is the platform of choice yoga teachers use to continue their work. Online yoga classes is a solution to not being able to attend an in-person course.

Yes, we have a policy that students complete an online form telling us of any health-related subjects we need to know about.
We generally say wear loose comfortable clothes that you feel you can move in. Bring a jumper or shawl for the end of class to avoid cooling rapidly.
We have mats and equipment here but if you have your personal mat please feel free to bring it along
You can eat but it is advisable to eat lightly. Try to not eat an hour before class.
I would agree that Yoga is not just exercise…The yoga we teach is incorporating breath, your attention (awareness) connecting (not pulling yourself apart) through the muscles, bones and nervous system. Its a holistic approach to a kind relationship with your self based on firm scientific principals.
