Erling makes the practice of yoga very accessible to students of all ages. Erling teaches Scaravelli inspired yoga. Students are encouraged to gain full control of their functional movements through a gentle but deep yoga practice. The successful integration of whole-body movement patterns are essential to good health and wellbeing in any stage of life but particularly later life.
Starting now will enable you to fully enjoy many benefits and help keep you moving without pain. You don’t need to be able to touch your toes to do yoga, and you don’t need to be young. Far from it, in fact. Yoga can be practised by anyone regardless of their age, physical abilities and body or health conditions.
