Zoom online one to one yoga is live & interactive yoga classes where you participate in real-time—shared through a high-quality video conferencing app called Zoom. I teach you from the comfort of your home using the latest online technology.

The world of Yoga has moved online because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Zoom is the platform of choice teachers use to continue their work. The way I teach is very suited to this live and interactive platform. I can assess you surprisingly thoroughly from a live video link.

One to One

One to one sessions allows the student time, space and the privacy to relate any concerns, particular interests they have or would like to approach through their practice. For the teacher, it’s an opportunity to look closely at how the student is working with their Yoga practice.

How does Zoom work?

You will need to download the Zoom app so you can take the live online class. Once you have instaled the Zoom app on your computer, iPhone, iPad, Android phone or tablet, you need to click on a link. I will send you the link via email when you book and pay for your online class or course.

Joining the class or session is as easy as clicking the link I send then entering the one time password. You should be ready to start the class 5 minutes before the allotted time.

Scaravelli inspired Yoga online.

Scaravelli Inspired Yoga is a contemporary yoga style. We (humans) are a neurological organism that reacts to its environment, how we have responded has shaped us throughout our lives. As children, we repeat movement patterns that become habituated. As we grow and age, we will develop our own, unique body map.

These movement patterns need practice regularly. If we don’t, we lose mobility.  In the modern world, we are not active enough. If your mapped patterns restrict compliant whole-body movements, stiffness in joints and other complications can occur. Yoga, therefore, provides a framework to address these patterns. Freedom has always been the goal in Yoga.
