Yoga workshop(s) (Scaravelli inspired yoga) gives you the time and space to explore and understand how compliant you are in yoga postures and movement. Under Erling’s experienced guidance, you’ll get the chance to change your awareness of how you “do yoga”.
You can expect to see things a little differently about your attitude to your body, also about your ideas and approach to yoga postures or asana practice. Breath and the spaces we develop are so closely linked. After a yoga workshop day, you can expect to feel your breath differently, walk a little lighter and feel a little taller.
Yoga workshops theme’s
Each yoga workshop has an idea we want to explore. During the morning session, the theme’s contents covered in some theory but mostly practical work. We will learn how to implement these into a yoga practice in the afternoon sessions. The spine has a natural range of movement that we want to encourage. Thus everybody, regardless of age and or yoga experience, can benefit from knowing how to do this.
