What are online yoga classes?
Online Yoga classes are live & interactive yoga classes where you participate in real-time—shared through a high-quality video conferencing app called Zoom. I can teach you from the comfort of your home using the latest online technology.
Social distancing for the foreseeable future means world of yoga has moved online because of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Zoom is the platform of choice yoga teachers use to continue their work. Online yoga classes is a solution to not being able to attend an in-person class.
How does Zoom work?
You will need to download the Zoom app so you can take the live online yoga class. Once you have booked and paid for your class, you’ll get a confirmation email with a Zoom link to your class. Download and install the Zoom app on your computer, iPhone, iPad, Android phone or tablet. You’ll also get an email from Zoom with details of the booking and links.

How do I join our online yoga class?
Joining the class or session is as easy as clicking the link I send then entering the one time password. You should be ready to attend the class 5 minutes before the allotted time.
Home yoga practice space
Making a practice space at home to attend your online class can be as easy as just sitting on the floor with you devise pointing at you from a couple of meters or less. It would be best if you have space to lie down too. And of course, it is useful to have a yoga mat. I can record the session. You’ll get a link to it
My type of yoga
Scaravelli inspired yoga taught online is useful because I can see when you are practising correctly and following the instruction. As you know, yoga classes with me are not just about applied anatomy. More about encouraging you to notice how you feel in movement and stillness.
